  Absolutely appauling service. Our friends were trying to do is a favor by purchasing us some tickets as a partial gift and the girl Lobby at the Wodonga office was so rude and made both of us feel very uncomfortable and was going to deny us the tickets and went to ask her boss if she was supposed to do what we were asking. She continued to be rude the whole time we were there and her attitude was as if it was such an inconvienience to her that she had to do this job. She also made it quite clear that we wouldn't get to use the tickets as it wasn't purchased purchased in my name. I had already checked to see if this was true and she was just trying to be difficult. No wonder people don't want to be apart of RACV anymore with that attitude not for me!!!

  Have had to call RACV on 2 occasions in the last month and i was very impressed with the service .
