  Grace was a fantastic company to work with. From the first contact by phone, Michelle from Wodonga, went out of her way to organise quotes etc. Being a holiday house, I was unable to attend. Quotes were completed quick, and possible dates settled. The removalists Liam and Owen were prompt, friendly and made the day so easy. Delivery on the receiving end was also prompt and easy with Brent and Sam. I received all the information by email and follow up phone calls. There was also a call after all was completed to make sure all was well. What a pleasure it was working with a company that actually gives great customer service, it made a very stressful time a lot easier. Thanks Grace, Lee.

  I have used Grace Removals (Albury) on a two occasions. Always they deliver a quality service and with a smiling affable team of workers the whole process happens with a lot less pain than one anticipates. The fellows know how stressful it is to dismantle your home (your life!) to start afresh in a new location. With this in mind they are always respectful of your feelings and they pause and reassure whenever you feel you need to sigh and contemplate the end of your current situation. Not for long though because ultimately they know the job has to be done.
