  I've been coming hear for years, I will no longer be doing so. It's a shame as the Doctor's and Staff are great, but the waiting time's have become unacceptable. My last 5 visits have resulted in waiting for at least an hour and up to an hour and a half on 2 of those occasions. If that was rectified I'd happily return!

  Would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a new GP. My GP always ran 20-30 minutes behind time, when I asked I was always told I would be next but would continue to sit and wait whilst other people were called. Their reception staff have mucked up my appointments and not provided any assistance whatsoever in resolving their internal issues. I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment with the nurse. It's absolutely ridiculous, definitely do your research and find a better clinic to go to.

  Wait times are so ridiculous that there is no point in them taking appointments. Avoid this clinic if you can. My usual wait time is about an hour, the same as the walk in clinic I used to go to. So they may as well be a walk in clinic too because their appointmwnt system is a joke. It causes me to avoid the doctors even though I have serious health problems that require regular visits. I was on time for my appointment the other day and the doctor still took in several patients before me and I wasn't seen until an hour after my appointment time. That really is unacceptable and will try find a new clinic to go to now

  WORST doctor I have ever been too! I'm new to the area and went to see a doctor here as it's close to my new home, I went in and was diagnosed pretty much as I thought (we at least agreed on that!) but i was then, hesitantly, given a script for medication COMPLETELY unrelated to the condition. The doctor has no idea what they are doing.

  Book in if you want a joke. Definitely don't book in if you need a doctor, because they definitely won't provide you one - instead, they'll make you wait for an hour and a half then look stunned when you ask what's happening for the second time. Better off going to the hospital.
