  Every time I've been to the store the staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. I like the greeting system they have which means I can go and shop instead of waiting in store when they're busy. I like the old Team Leader with the curly hair

  By far the best Telstra Shop I’ve been to in a long, long time. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jonathan to resolve my issue. Not only was he able to understand me (all the points to his house for this) but he understood what needed to be done to rectify the situation. As it was a Saturday morning the place was busy, this is to be expected, especially mid-morning. It was also the day after the iPhone X release so that added to the extra numbers in store. The staff were great at directing the traffic and making sure customers didn’t have to wait too long.

  Went in to see about an anomaly with a phone we got from there. Bad advise when we got the phone, when we got the first bill, we weren't that happy. When we went bad to check on the anomaly, we got told to ring Telstra, who said we can do it through the Wodonga store. Before we went back, we made an appointment. When we got there we were told we had to back in 40 minutes. I knew then it wasn;t going to go well. When we finally got to see him, and I pressed the subject, he went and hid in the back for ten minutes. On returning he told us, it would cost us $300 odd.

  Anyway, all of the staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. My issue was addressed and — Le gasp! — fixed and I was able to walk out of the store with the correct phone on the correct contract.

  At Wodonga Telstra shop today service very slow. Lots of people waiting at tables not happy with service. Usually have good things to say about Wodonga Telstra shop not today. 6 hours later still waiting for my phone to be activated.

  The Telstra Store in Wodonga is fantastic. Always lovely staff who look after you and get what you need done asap.
