  We recently purchased an investment property through Wodonga Real Estate and they will also be managing the rental for us. We couldn't be happier with the service! Jamie in Sales was fantastic keeping us informed and checking in right throughout the settlement process. Tracy our Property Manager has gone above and beyond to help us prepare our house for rental and has achieved an amazing result with the house being tenanted just 1 week from the date of settlement!   I emailed twice about two properties that I was interested in to inspect to purchase, after not getting a response by the fifth day I decided to call. The sales person that I had to speak to wasn't in, the receptionist advised that he would be back at 1pm and he would return by call. After waiting until 5pm and still not getting a call, I rang again as it was Friday and we wanted to inspect houses on the weekend. The girl at the desk advised that he had gone home for the day, I advised her that I was promised a phone call and now she advised that he has gone for the day. I was put through to is mobile only to be advised that the two houses were sold. I told him that I had emailed twice, also have left two messages , all he had to do was to email me and advise that the properties had been sold, would of save me a lot of time . He just gave me lip service with no concern at all. I would not recommend. VERY POOR SERVICE.

  Tracy Vervoort from Wodonga Real Estate is amazing, she has been so helpful & kind to us as tenants, looking after the little people too :) nice to see. Tracy is a great asset to the rental / property management team!

  Not even worthy of a one star rating, but it's the lowest possible score I can give to post the review. Have had nothing but problems since renting with Wodonga Real Estate, stuffed around trying to get into properties in the lead up to Christmas and were blatantly lied to more than once by different property managers. Would never recommend going through the hassle of dealing with them to anyone and have heard nothing but bad reviews from anyone I know renting through them.
