Staff were very helpful and very professional. All in all nursing staff were in good humor and made the best of a potentially bad situation enabling a swift recovery.

The Emergency section is abysmal - you can sit and wait up to 7 hours and have to watch people putting on an act to ensure they get further in front in the line. Similar in the Albury Hospital ED. Cannot understand how people can come in first in line but still be there with even very painful infections and there are also about 8 doctors on but no-one sees them for all those hours. Extremely annoying to watch people with NO urgent need come in and put on acts of "how much in pain or suffering" they are in. I went in last week and no less than 12 people were permitted to get in before me, yet I had trouble breathing.
