  I would not recommend carpet court at all after my experience. Floors ordered over a month ago told the one i picked was in stock and could be laid on the 31st july. I rang a second time to let them know that the 31st was fine. Waited yesterday after stripping my home on the weekend for the installation to begin. Was up at 6am to make sure every thing was ready for them to arrive. At 9am no one had showed up so i rang the girl said oh no they are not doing it today the stock hasnt come in. I was told it was in stock. A phone call would have been nice last week to let me know so i didnt spend the weekend empty my home. She said You were just overlooked. No sorry nothing then she said the wrong things had been ordered not my fault iv waited weeks she then hung up on me. So i rang back and said im coming in to get my money back. Her rude tone on the phone told me they would not stand by their work if something happened. I went there and the girl said we are trying to get you another product. I wanted what i had ordered weeks before. She said so you dont want anything else. I just wanted my money back. Unprofessional rude behavior for a local company. I did get my money back and would have expected a phone call to apologize from the owner manager but nothing. I say shop some where else where you will get professional service. I was so upset yesterday after waiting so long for my new floors and being let down.

  So good to deal with, and the workmanship and attention to detail was first class. Made an old home look brand new again

  Very happy with my carpet today, guys did a great job and the ladies in the store were absolutely wonderful, very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Shopping here
