  And if your parents make you go, tell them. They won't make you do it. They'll tell your parents straight up that they will NEVER force you to do anything, and that you must agree to go and see them. And if you need help, don't be afraid to ask them, they know what they're doing, if you need out of somewhere, tell them, they'll help as much as they can.

  Honestly they let you just go in and chill and it's really pleasant and the egg chairs are really nice and they block out sound too.

  They force you to do anything and never release information without your consent unless you're in/are a serious danger. It's an inviting space and most workers are friendly and understanding, main issue is that it's easy to fall out of touch with them, if you have a depressive episode and can't make two appointments in a row, they'll take you off their lists, and after that you have to go through the whole beginning process again.
