  Customer service was bad throughtout the day. The floor staff was nice but cashier had bad people skills! Was buy DVD case to put the DVD I have collected from the daily telegraph in a proper case. Cashier thought the worst and made very smug comment about doing something fun and illegal, this is the second time this has happened, with the same lady! First time was when I was burning videos of my sisters wedding to give to family. Made me feel very uncomfortable, wont shop their again!

  The variety of things in office works is outstanding and we have just brought all our requirements for this years school without any hassle. Betty was so friendly and very professional and she was able to help us with any questions. Her customer service from the moment we walked in until we paid was excellent.
