  A good, honest, no fuss, quality service dealership, prepared to win deals with good prices as well as great service. It was refreshing to feel looked after by ALL the staff, not just the guy who sold me the car. Also refreshing to have a car dealer do what they said they would do, by the time they said they would do it (a definition of integrity?). They picked us up at Wodonga station after we bussed up from Melbourne to pick the car up, went through all the controls with me in detail, explained the servicing needed, made sure I had all the books etc and was happy. They then contacted me a week later to get a run-down on our experience with the car and make sure there were no problems. All in all, the experience with Wodonga Prestige Volkswagen, apart from getting an absolutely superb little new Polo GTi, was a very easy and happy one from quote to driving away, and I saved quite a few thousand $s because of their willingness to be competitive. Best car dealer I have encountered, and I am now 69, been a car enthusiast all my life, and an expert on quality service for half of it.

  I had an overheat on my tuareg, wanting to make sure everything was ok took it back to Wodonga Prestige as I had a major service done just approx 3 weeks previous, The car was taken from parking lot to be inspected at approx 0945, at approx 1200hrs I was told they had found the problem and given a quote, the quote $5000 plus to fix, oh and by the way finding it has cost around $600. I took it to another mechanic that specialise in European cars, of course Wodonga prestige had left vehicle in bits, unable to drive. the guys checked it all out and fixed one pin hole in a pipe (Wdomga prestige said 2 pipes were leaking), Wodonga Prestige also quote replacement of water pump, this was found to be sound not needing to be replaced.. I got it fixed by and got a bill for $2445 from them, $45 in parts and 25 hours of labour, sorting out the box of bits Wodonga Prestige left in car. I would NEVER trust Wodonga Prestige again, any quote you get go and get second opinion.

  Fantastic. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. James gave me a great deal and has been a delight to deal with. He even followed up with me a week after i picked up my new car to see how it was all going and if i had any questions. Very genuine with excellent customer service.
